Dishes include options like Heirloom Tomato Salad with pecorino sardo, taggiasca olive, arugula, & crouton; Gnocchetti Sardi with lamb bolognese, eggplant, & pecorino sardo; and Sockeye Salmon with artichoke, red pepper, fregola sarda & parmigiano reggiano.

First, you'll meet the team bringing you fresh pasta at Tavolàta Spokane; then, you'll roll up your sleeves and roll out the dough. But we're not stopping there. After class, you'll enjoy a three-course dinner highlighting the pasta you learned to make. Enjoy dishes like the Grilled Corn Raviolo with a farm egg, summer squash, basil, & pancetta, or the Rigatoni with spicy sausage, tomato, marjoram, & parmesan. You'll go home with the pasta you made and a recipe book with recipes for the pasta dough and dish recipes as well.
